We’re all about transparency here at Triphop. The room rates shown in your hotel search reflect the price after Cash Back and excluding taxes. On rare occasions, hotels charge additional fees such as Tourism Fees. But don’t worry; you’ll see a breakdown of the taxes in the booking summary before you make a reservation.
You’ll get a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you don’t see a Triphop email in your inbox after that time, check your spam folder.
Your confirmation email and booking confirmation act as your receipt. You can also print your receipt in PDF format, however your Cash Back rewards are not reflected in the PDF receipt.
Refunds, per the hotel's cancellation policy, will be processed as soon as you cancel a booking. Banks generally take up to 10 business days to process a refund.

While we hope you’ll never have to cancel a trip, life happens sometimes. All cancellations should be made through Triphop.com or the Triphop hotels app. If you aren’t a registered user, cancel your booking by entering the confirmation number, along with your last name or email address. And, of course, if you need help to cancel your booking, you can always contact our support team.
Some hotels may be booked without a cancellation fee while others not. Cancellation policies and conditions will be clearly stated on the hotel booking form, booking confirmation, and confirmation email.
It pays to be a Triphop member – literally! With membership in the Triphop hotel rewards program, you get Cash Back on each hotel stay and access to lots of other cool deals. While you can see how much Cash Back you’ll earn on a hotel booking, you can’t redeem Cash Back rewards until you become an official Triphop member. Don’t worry, it’s free to sign up.

Hotels pay us a commission every time you book through Triphop. If you’re a member of the Triphop hotel rewards program, we’ll split that commission with you in the form of Cash Back rewards. Once you check out of your hotel, we credit your Triphop wallet and you can request that cash be sent to you via check by mail (U.S. only) or into your PayPal account.
You earn Cash Back rewards after you complete every hotel stay.
During the search and booking process, you’ll see an estimate of how much Cash Back you can earn. The Cash Back total is always based on your selected hotel and how many nights you plan to stay.

As long as there’s a balance in your Triphop wallet, you can transfer Cash Back to your PayPal account or request a check by mail (U.S. only) anytime you like!
Triphop members get a free redemption each calendar month. Any additional Cash Back redemption requests in the same calendar month will be subjected to a 2% fee of the Cash Back balance (PayPal minimum fee of $0.25, maximum fee of $20. For checks within the U.S., flat fee of $0.25.).
Nope! It’s your cash. Use it whenever you like, however you like.

Total Nights: Total nights of all your completed stays
At the end of each month, we’ll send you a monthly member summary via email that highlights your Triphop activities, including available Cash Back to be redeemed, and total cash earned to date. We also send exclusive offers and deals just for members of the Triphop hotel rewards program.
