About Orlando

Whether it's a solo getaway, a romantic escape or a family friendly excursion; when it comes time for a relaxing yet invigorating vacation, there are few destinations more perfect than Orlando, Florida. The undisputed "Theme Park Capital of The World," it is home to two of the globe's finest – Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. Other unique theme parks and resort complexes like Legoland and Seaworld make Orlando a fun-filled playground for adults and kids alike. For the big kids, Orlando boasts many of the nations great golf courses.

The melting pot of cultures in Orlando also makes it a hot-spot for foodies from around the world. Fine French and Italian dining exist alongside classic Southern fare like soul food and BBQ, as well as other international styles such as world-class sushi, South Asian delicacies, and more. Some of the state's best vegetarian dining is found in Orlando as well.

Orlando also offers the opportunity for many a beach outing. Quieter, picturesque white sand beaches, oceanside shopping strips, and bustling, world famous 'party' beaches mean whatever seaside experience you prefer, Orlando has it within arm's reach.

If your not sure when to travel or how to get around when you're there. We're here to help! For the best weather. February through May offers minimal chances of rain and comfortable temperatures in the 70s and 80s. As opposed to soaring mercury in the summer months that can be too much for some. This period will also demand higher airfare and theme park ticket prices and have the biggest crowds. The cheapest time to travel to Orlando is just before high season in January, where flights can be up to 23% cheaper. September is also a money-saving month, with flights being as much as 18% cheaper. When you're there, it's always suggested to rent a vehicle. Thanks to its status as the country's largest rental car market, you'll find amazing deals on the car of your choice. Depending on your destination, taking the rail occasionally will allow you to avoid rush-hour gridlock, but for the mobility to see all there is to see in Orlando, a rental car is a good choice.

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.5-star

Excellent

If you ever went here as a kid, coming back is always extra magical. Of you're coming for the first time, you'll make life-long memories. To enjoy it completely, plan a visit that starts early in the morning. Try buying your tickets before hand and being at the gate at 9 am when they open, because security and entrance take time. There are hundreds of places to eat anything from a hot dog to a turkey leg. MUSTS: Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Seven Dwarves Mine Train, Barnstormer, Peter Pan, and It's a Small World. These are the bare minimum, because many more are worth making memories in. Make sure to check if any special events and parades are taking place during your visit. From the entrance to the park, you have the option of taking a ferry or monorail...both are great. The best time to visit is early November, since there are smaller crowds and the weather is cool. Finally, a great piece of advice is always carry a backpack with water and snacks for the kids, since the lines are long. Make sure you download the Disney app to link your tickets and get your free Fast Passes for the popular rides. Have fun!!!

The hotel was clean and the facilities were very nice. Service was great during parking, check-in, and getting to the room. We had a little bit of a rough start in Highballs and Harvest but the excellent waiter made up for it quickly. The room was well prepared and large. Breakfast the next morning was great but Ritz expensive as expected. It is a shared property with the JW Marriott so there are great choices for pools and kids activities.

Beautiful hotel property. Rooms are clean and neat. Love to spend time by the pool. Staff is friendly. In the evening you can enjoy some desserts in the bar area downstairs. One of my favorite hotels to stay.

Well worth the price and this was our second visit. You get an hour early admission into the park, can walk to the park or take the water taxi. Grab breakfast at Trattoria Del Porto, it opens before the parks and has an awesome breakfast buffet, we ate there every morning. Check in is not until 3, but our room was ready by 10, absolutely great. There is also a gift shop on premises that sells the same merchandise as the park. The staff is excellent, exceptional service with a smile and can answer any questions you have.

We love this place, the only problem is all the hidden fees they nickel and dime you on. ( What hotel charges for parking? Daily "resort fee??" ) Expect to pay about 80 bucks more a day than what they claim. That said, the service is better than the budget Disney resorts. The quality of the rooms are also better than those hotels as well.

An amazing brunch on Sunday. The prime ribs and crab cakes are unbelievable. The service is top notch. I highly recommend when in Orlando. You will not be disappointed. The art work is beautiful and the atmosphere is very inviting. Even though they are very busy, you don't feel rushed or crammed.

All I can say is... WOW! We had a fantastic experience with this hotel. We stayed on the Rock Royalty floor and it made our time there that much more special. A special thanks to Ashley at the front desk, Nan and Hoa up on the Rock Royalty for making our stay so special! Can’t wait to return! -Only thing I would suggest is our bathroom seemed outdated compared to the rest of the room but still had a 5 star experience!

We chose this resort for free express passes, but ended up loving it for so many more reasons. We had an amazing 4 night stay. The hotel was gorgeous. We had a beautiful King room with a pull out sleeper couch. We had a gorgeous view of the garden and river. Every staff we interacted with was kind and helpful. We loved having a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool was relaxing and bula bar had terrific service and delicious drinks and nachos. We aren't planning on returning to Universal for a few years, but when we do we will return to Royal Pacific!

Wonderful experience here. We split our trip between two hotels and this was our second. Moving luggage from one hotel to another was tough because we used our roof on the way here. The bell service was helpful and prompt. Nice to walk around this resort too. Lost a star because our room was for five and we were only given four towels. Seems like an easy oversight.

Check in & out was quick. I enjoyed the coffee cafe downstairs. You have to pay $12/person for a continental breakfast buffet that is free most other places. There is outside construction going on. Park early or you won’t find parking. This is an older hotel that has had interior improvements but still smells and looks old. Doubt I’d choose this particular location again.

Excellent hotel. I would give 10 stars if I could. Phenomenal service. No single complaint during our 6-day stay. From Nancy to Sheila, everyone serves you like you're their only guest, even though their place is packed. I would definitely stay here if I am ever in the area again. 😊

In walking distance of the Convention center, and a lot of restaurants and bars around the area. We saved so much money on our business trip, many stayed at the higher end hotels that were just as nice as this place. It was quite and clean, when we came back the room was picked up and the beds were comfortable. I would come back again

Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and lots for the kids to do. We were there for a convention. The convention rooms were a little crampped for what we needed and it would have been nice if they had water for the attendees in all rooms. But overall it was a great time.

I love the bed they are so comfortable , but on the flip side I do not like how almost everything is white. They took a 140$ deposit from me to replace anything damaged or missing and everything is white. I dont think they should only have white sheets its almost a set up to take your money
